As an Apprentice Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer you will be placed with experienced engineers and will build skills that can be applied to a future career in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heap Pump industry.

Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

Hourly Wage

Current apprenticeship rate.
Reviewed every 3 months dependent on skill building.

Your training will include:

Learning/training - installation, service & maintenance of air conditioning & refrigeration systems.
Develop skills in providing support & assistance to others in the engineering team.
Always observe health & safety guidelines.
Follow company processes.
Provide a high standard of work.
Attend day release for 1 day per week at a training provider.
Ensure a range of work-based evidence is gathered as this is required for your qualification, and to ensure the apprenticeship qualification is achieved.

Desired Qualifications

GSCS Maths grade: Level 4 to 5 minimum
GCSSE English grade: Level 4 to 5 minimum

Desired Skills & Personal Qualities

Proficiency in Maths, English & Science subjects.
Good communication skills.
Able to work & support the team.
Good observation skills & a willingness to learn.
Positive "can do" attitude.
Full driving licence or actively working towards it.

Future Prospects / Career Progression

To progress to a fully qualified refrigeration & air conditioning engineer.
